Turn your favorite vegetable into delicious kimchi at home with our DamchixSensitive Boy fermentation kit, which comes with:
 
1 fermentation crock of 1L (±16,5 x ±12,5 cm, size might varies by centimetre)
1 packet of Damchi Kimchi Starter 250ml
1 recipe card with clear instruction 
 
Using a special water-lock lid system, these fermentation crocks allow bacteria and gasses to pass out of the jar during fermentation without letting yeast or mold in. Simply place your crock on the counter or inside your fridge, fill the basin at the rim with water, place the lid on, and let the kimchi do its magic!
